Hi every one.i'm confused about (high up in the sky) meaning?. How to use it in what situation?

Well it all depends really, you can use it in a normal sentence for example " The plane flew high up in the sky" or as a sort of expression for example " His head was high up in the skies" either meaning he wasn't really listening or he aims big.
