What's the contraction"Ring'd" stand for?
He clasps the crag with crooked hands;
Close to the sun in lonely lands,
Ring'd with the azure world, he stands.

It means "ringed". Sometimes in poems, songs, and older English, you might see -ed forms of the verb shortened to -'d. It's not very common, but it is a good thing to be aware of. This is often used in poetry in order to get a word to fit with the rhyme or meter.
You might even see poets or songwriters who want a two-syllable word to fit in one syllable. For example, many older hymns might change the word "heaven" to "heav'n" in order for it to fit as one syllable.
Again, it's not so common, but it is a good thing to know!
