Auf Deutsch, wann ist “neben” oder wann ist “an” richtig? Was is dass unterschied, bitte? Danke.

I'm not a native speaker, but, as far as I know, "an" is used when something is in contact with another. "Neben" when something is next to another, but not in contact.
