部首列举. Hello, I found this radicals list: https://baike.baidu.com/item/汉字部首表 do you think it's a good learning material for me? But I don't understand this (just below the first list): we found: 所有部首 and it gives the pronounciation of the radical but what it attempts to do? for instance here: 十 sh -i 十 支 古 考 毕 华 协 直 卖 南 why it says for "十" "sh" and not "shi"? I understand it wants to show some characters with that radical but again I don't get this: 冂 t -ong 内 冈 冉 同 肉 罔 网 周 (why "t" and "ong" separated, I see the PinYin of 冂 is jiōng.) Does it help to know the pronounciation of the radicals? thank you

The pronunciation of radicals is not as important but it is good to know for easy references. However, we can do it in an indirect way in how a dictionary define a word from other words. For example, 冂, we can say, "同 样" 的 "同", 去掉 一 和 口. The more important thing is to know the meaning of the radical.

The articles at baike.baidu.com are not necessarily writen by experts in a certain field, so they may not be sutiable for a serious learner. As Chinese I never saw the need to know the pronounciations of the redicals(it's ok if you know them, bu I doubt there are many people who can tell you the pronounciations of all the redicals). I know you can look up characters by their redicals, so in my opinion learning to identify which parts are the redicals of the characters is more important.

I can not find the radicals list you said. Chinese characters consists of radicals, so ,if you want to learn how to write Chinese characters ,i think it's a good learning material for you.And it can help you to find out the characters quickly by dictionary. But there is no relationship between pronounciation of the characters and the radicals of characters.
