"Hacer una broma"
Colombia:
"Mamar gallo"
La jerga en Mexíco, Ecuador, Peru, etc???

Chile:
Estoy bromiando = Estoy weando. Muy informal
bromiar =Lesear. Informal
Era una broma = Era una talla ( referido a una broma más corta)

Costa Rica: Estoy bromeando = Estoy vacilando = Estoy jodiendo = Estoy molestando. Sin embargo, debes tener cuidado de en que contexto empleas las expresiones.

Perú:
- Vacilar --> me estás vacilando? = me estás bromeando?
- Joder --> solo es joda, tranquilo. = solo es broma, tranquilo.
* Cuidado porque JODER también significa molestar.
