Could you tell me which of the choices are correct?
A=Why are you still watching TV it has been one hour already!
B=I have been busy and I couldn't watch TV I have/had literally not watched it in days let me be please!
Or
I have been really busy today I hadn't/haven't watched it all day please let me do it!
Which choices are correct in both the scenarious I have provided?

Check out the differences between the past-perfect and the present perfect! it can be a little confusing, but this site does a good job of going over the main differences :)
