I've used "no worries", "no biggie" (no big deal), "it's all good", "my pleasure" or "glad to help", depending on the context.

You could say:
- "No problem"
- "No big deal/no biggie"
- "No worries"
- "Thanks a million"
- "It was my pleasure"
- "The pleasure is all mine"
