Irregular verbs with -(으)ㄹ 수 있아/없다
a) "너무 바빠서 친구들과 (놀다) 수 없어요" --- the correct form of the verb 놀, and not 놀을 -- (irregular ㄹ)
b) "저는 형처럼 빨리 (걷다) 수 없어요" --- it's 걸을 , and not 걷을 -- (ㄷ-> ㄹ)
So only in these two cases of irregular verbs do this happen?! And why should I change the verb stem?
c) "저는 [ 수영을 할 / 수영할 ] 수 있어요", can I use both ways?!
감사합니다 ~~

a) "너무 바빠서 친구들과 [놀] 수 없어요"
b) "저는 형처럼 빨리 [걸을] 수 없어요"
--> I'm not 100% sure but it seems that when 걷다(walk) meets ~ㅇ such as 어요 or 을, ㄷ changes into ㄹ.
example) 나는 걸어요 / 나는 걸어가요 <-> 나는 걷습니다
c) "저는 [ 수영을 할 / 수영할 ] 수 있어요", can I use both ways?!
yep
