Question about first, second, third, fourth. Please help!
Can I use the format "First is xxx( noun) /Second is xxx (noun)" to write a sentence? For example: I love Mary because of three reasons. First is physical appearance, she has big eyes..... Second is personal character, she is a nice person.... If the format is grammatically incorrect, which words/phrases can I use to replace it except the phrase "in terms of". Thanks a lot!

You are using the right format but it could use a little improvement. "I love Mary for three reasons. The first reason is her appearance. She has big eyes. The second reason is her personality. She is nice. The third reason is her huge bank account. (I don't know your third reason- so I made one up :)
