About word "bread". It is very useful word, is not it? I can say how it will be written in several languages and then you have to continue and tell us how it is in your language. In russian - khleb,in ukrainian - khlib, in armenian - - khats, in georgian - puri, in arabic as I remember - khubz.

filipinos call it "TINAPAY" just for an additional info, we have this saying "Masamang Tinapay (bad bread - in english literal)" which means 'bad or unlikely motive' or something like that.
