for example 
i am interested in computer science  => انا مهتم بعلوم الحاسب

note you can omit " انا  "

the literal translation is  انا مهتم بـ،  = ana mohtam b-  = I am interested in 
but you may also use these too

انا شاغلي   ana sha3'lni = something occupies my mind 
لافت نظري = lafat nazari =  it catches my eyes
