How to say ‘madman’ in Mongolian?
When I looked for a word ‘madman‘ in a dictionary, I found a word ᠰᠤᠯᠢᠶᠠᠳᠤ which as I guessed should be read сулаад or maybe сулаат. However I had no luck finding any usage examples in Mongolian cyrillic, which means that either I am probably misreading it, or it is not used much outside of Inner Mongolia.
Could you please point out my mistakes and also help me with the correct way of saying ‘madman’?

Hi Demian. The word you have found should be read as солиот. The other translations can be "галзуу хүн" or "солиотой хүн". I don't know where you have found the Mongolian script. But I will really recommend you the online dictionary Bolor-Toli, which always includes a classical Mongolian and a Cyrillic scripture.
