What is the perfect way to write and spell: I have (got) a dolphin.
And the same thing with all pronouns. where can I find the rule of the language(English) that prove it?

We add "got" when the form of "have" contracts. We still need to hear some kind of verb in the sentence.
"She's got a dog" = "She has a dog"
Contractions are typical in spoken English.
