Hello Jonathan. I think you are asking: “Cómo se pronuncia” right?
Ok, Frida in Spanish sounds more or less like “free” in English, plus “da” in “daddy”

Hola Jonathan! Supongo que la parte difícil para ti es : FRI. Como la R no está al inicio de la palabra debes pronunciarla como una R suave. Este sonido se encuentra entre el sonido RR ESPAÑOL Y R EN INGLÉS.

Fri = sounds the same as free in English, except that you have to pronounce a rolling R.
Da = Sounds the same as tha in that .
Kha = Sounds similar to cu in cup
and Lo = Sounds similar to the word law
