Could you help me?

1) Do you say "One week from now will mark one month since he died" or "One week from now IT will mark one month since he died"?? ... And "Last week was one month since we returned " or "Last week IT was one month since he returned"?

2) What's the difference between "There sure is to be" and "There sure is going to be" /"There is sure going to be"?

1. The ones without the "IT" are correct.

2. In terms of the meaning of the sentence there is no difference. "There sure is going to be" is more grammatical correct and sounds better though.
