what do you mean by "netflix and chill"?

Well, actually it is a slang for having sex, apparently. Though I think it is mostly used by younger people.
For a good while I too thought it just meant relaxing while watching Netflix.
Though why exactly that phrase, I don't know.

Chill means relax.
Neflix is a subscription film service (you have to join it to receive films).
So it just means 'watch films on netflix and relax.'
