What is 302 could mean in FBI's terms?
From the movie Hannibal (2001)
In the movie Mr. Krendler from ministry of justice talks to Clarice Starling who tries to find Hannibal Lecter. He says: What I came here to impress upon you, Starling, is I'd better see cooperation. There are no little fiefdoms here. I wanna be copied on every 302, you understand?
The last sentence doesn't make any sense to me, since I have no idea what 302 could mean and, therefore, can't understand "be copied" in the context

302 is a form you fill in on witness statements. He's saying he wants to get a copy of all the filled in forms, in other words, be informed of everything the witness says.
