What is the dictionary form of "بنظرم" ?
I guess "م" means "my"
Is "بنظر" a contracted form of "نظر" and "به" ?

بنظرم is abbreviation of به نظر من ، that means " I think"

It means "in my opinion".
You can either write it "beh nazar-e man" or "benazar-e man".
It's the same thing.

Yes, م is the possessive pronoun and به is a preposition. It is better if you write them separated(به نظرم).

بنظرم: به نظر من
یعنی: از نگاه من,به باور من
example: به نظر من امروز شنبه است= بنظرم امروز شنبه است
in En: I think It's Saturday.
EX: بنظرم مهتاب اسم دختر است
in En: in my opinion: Mahtab is a baby girl name.
EX: بنظرم امروز اولین روز بهار است
in En: From my standpoint today is the first day of spring 2018.
