Do you mean books to learn the language, or literature books? If it is the first one than I would recommed the previous comment that is left here. I would need to know your language level to to recommend books however .Mathilda is a great read, and so is oorlogswinter. I also quite enjoy 'de trein der traagheid', but I don't know if that is interesting for you. Sorr if I missunderstood what you meant. Bedoel je boeken om de taal te leren, of literaire werken. Hoi! Ik lees zelf graag fictie. De meest leuke NEDERLANDSE roman vind ik toch wel "De Engelenmaker" van Stefan Brijs. Wel een pil van een boek, maar ja, dan heb je ook wel wat aan. Ik heb laatst "De Rivieren" van Driessen gelezen. Drie korte novelles en het las ook best gemakkelijk. Ik hoop dat je hieraan iets gehad hebt. Veel leesplezier!

I know plenty of Dutch books. I'm a receptionist at a publishing house. But what kind of books in particular are you looking for?

Hi Hoyin! Might seem obvious but Teach Yourself is quite good or maybe Colloquial Dutch. Someone else might have better ideas than me though. Nice language to learn. Good luck! Alex.
