In general it is "ich habe keine Lust".

But I could say " ich habe nicht wirklich Lust, das zu lernen." Might be nothern slang. But :ich habe keine große Lust, das zu lernen.
First one, the nicht is related to the wirklich, second one, it is just another adjektive along with große related to the Lust

It has to be: "Ich habe keine Lust" , because "Lust" is a female noun so you have to use "keine" to make a negative statement.
