Hello Renata,
This is the correct one: "He can't walk very well yet."
You could also say "He still can't walk very well yet."
If you say "He still can't walk very well yet", it has the connotation that he has been trying to walk, but is still working on perfecting it, or that he has been trying to walk well, but cannot do it yet.
Does that make sense?
