I am trying to transelate this sentence "한참을 멍하니 바라만 보다" but what is the meaning og 바라만 in this sentence?

한참을 : For a long time
멍하니: vacantly or blankly
바라만 보다 : only see
'만' in"바라만 보다" means 'only.'

Just look at it vacantly for a long time.
만 is an auxiliary particle for emphasizing like "just, only"
바라 보다(look at) => 바라만 보다(just look at)
e.g.
앉아 있다. => 앉아만 있다.
하루 종일 앉아만 있어서 살이 쪘다.
I gained weight because I was sitting all day.
먹다 => 먹기만 하다
많이 먹기만 하고 운동을 충분히 하지 않았나 봐요.
I've only been eating too much and not exercising enough.
