famous Czech youtuber would be Kovy https://www.youtube.com/user/TadyKovy

You can try podcasts made by Český Rozhlas (czech broadcast radio), or Česká Televize (czech broadcast tv), or stream.cz which is kind of czech youtube, lot of videos has czech subtitles.
