I think its from conversation between girl and boy and should translate like this:good bye my darling forever
P.S (don't try translate by word, you must understand the expression of the whole sentence)
SONECHKO-sweety,honey, darling,baby etc.
''MOE SONECHKO'' means- my sun ))

It is ukrainian sentence and I can try to say it in english
MOE SONECHKO - means "my sun"
PROWCHAY - good bye
NAZAVJDU - forever.
