선생님 means general teacher including schoolteacher, instructor and professor"

1) 교사 is only used to indicate teacher as a profession not for a name. So you don't say "교사님" when you call a teacher. And in many cases it is for school teachers or academy teachers, not for university professors.
2) 교수 can be both profession and name for a (university) professor.
3) 선생님 also can be both profession and name. It can cover all types of teacher and professor + you can also call someone you respect as "선생님".
