这个表达偏口语化，如果你给中国人说他们是能听懂的，由于习惯，我们常说：私立医院and公立医院，一方面呢显得正式，另一方面准确。医院一般是一些科室组成，不可能归一个人管理，每个科室都有管理人，所以私人不准确。同理公立也是更准确！
