一般的に上手に訳されましたが、ある細かいミスがあります。
It's mostly correct. Here is how I would write it:
"The impact of Japanese Language assistant work for intercultural communication skills: A Case study of a Japanese language volunteer group in C City, A province (prefecture?)."
1. After "skill" I added an "s" to make it plural, as "intercultural communication" embodies numerous "skills," not just one.
2. In front of "Japanese language volunteer group," an article was needed, so I inserted "a," in this case.
3. I am not sure which country this study is taking place, but depending on which country it is, whether you say "province," "prefecture," or "state" changes. In your Japanese version, you have the word 県, which makes me think of "prefecture." In English, in reference to 県 in Japan, we call them prefectures.
I hope this helps. Please let me know if you have further questions.
