这句话没错。
行了/够了= Enough with compliments.
B feels A was exaggerated in paying compliments to herself, which makes her a little uncomfortable. Saying "行了/够了" is to stop A from saying that with a impatient/joking tone, which implys A didn't say it genuinely.
