"Children spend more time at school than they do with their parents, and because of that they gradually learn different moral values while they are growing up in school." This is how I would write it, if you mean to say that children learn moral values at school that are different from what they learn at home

'In line with' doesn't make sense in this sentance, and without a few prepositions (like 'while' or 'with'), the last part doesn't make sense at all. Also, without punctuation it's a run on sentence.

I am not sure exactly what you’re trying to say was from the context I would guess it to be something like this: Children can learn moral values in school from their teachers which are in line with the values that I taught in the home.
