It is a little unusual. It is more usual to say 'closes at'. 'Is closed at' would be used to a time between when it closes and when it opens. e.g. 'You can't go to the bookstore after your class. It is closed at 11pm'.

I would say either The bookstore is closed after 7pm every day or The bookstore closed after....

Sorry not right, the bookstore closes at 7 p.m
