What's the difference between saying "您贵姓?" and "你贵姓?"? Please answer in English (if you can), because if it is Chinese, I may not understand it. Thanks!

“您” is the formal and polite expression of "you" while "你" is the casual one. You can use "你" to your close friends, families or people junior than you, but I personally suggest you to say “您” to strangers to show respects. Hope this answer is helpful.

If you want to show your respect to someone who is older than you or superior to you in your company, just use the first one, it's more polite and more formal.
