What does "raise the ticket for the same" mean?
I got a email, the context is
"Although the offer is created, the task is not available in the system. So we have raise the ticket for the same. Once we get the solution we will update you. I don't understand what "raise the ticket for the same" exactly means.

Sounds like Indian English :)
..."the same" isn't used like that elsewhere anymore.
"The same" is essentially a substitute for the pronouns "it" and "that". So you can read the sentence:
"So we have raise the ticket for that."
..."that" being "the task" mentioned in the previous sentence.

In case you're confused about what the word "ticket" means in this context, it's a term used often by IT professionals. Oxford Dictionary defines it as:
"A request logged on a work tracking system detailing an issue that needs to be addressed or task that must be performed."

就是代表电子的排队。我觉得在高科技上下文通常用。如果IT分部帮很多人的话、用ticket,或者电子票。
