Let's meet aftertomorrow, on Wednesday?
Firstly, the sentence which begins with (Let's)doesn't end with a question mark because It's not a question but a command.
Secondly,in Formal Arabic ,your requested clause is translated as followed:
لنتقابل يوم الأربعاء,بعد غد
or
لنتقابل بعد غد,يوم الأربعاء
in informal Arabic(more spoken) ,It would be
نتقابل بعد بكرة يوم الأربع (comprehensible Egyptian dialect)

Alsalamu Alikom
Let us = دعنا = da'anah
Meet = نتقابل او نلتقى =Nataqabal or Naltaqee
After = بعد = ba'ad
Tomorrow = غد = ghad or ghadan
On Wednesday = في الاربعاء = Fee al Arbea'a
The translation is :
دعنا نلتقي في الاربعاء
Da'anah naltaqee fee al Arbea'a
But when you talk about something you will do in the future you have to end the sentence by saying
In shaallah = ان شاء الله = By the Allah's will
Da'anah naltaqee fee al Arbea'a in shaallah ..
