내빼 = base form내빼다 (slang for "to run away, make off"). 내빼 is an -아/어 ending form (present tense declarative, or imperative form). 달아나다 or 도망가다 is the proper word with the same meaning.
원치 = contraction of 원하지, which is a -지 ending form of 원하다 = to want. -지 form usually makes a negative or interrogative form, as in 원하지/원치 않아, or 그걸 원하지?
e.g.
- 못 당하겠으면 그냥 내빼/달아나/도망가 = Just run away if you can't take them on.
- 난 네가 잘못되기를 원하지 않아 = I don't want you to end up in a bad way.
