I'm not good at English. Does it mean like "what do you say it in Japanese?" ? If so, it would be: 
これは日本語で何て言いますか。(Kore wa nihongo de nan te iimasu ka.) 
or
これは日本語で何ですか。(Kore wa nihongo de nan desu ka.)
