Is this how to say (What is it in Japanese?) (Nan deke nihongo) or (Nan dake nihongo desu ka?)

I'm not good at English. Does it mean like "what do you say it in Japanese?" ? If so, it would be: これは日本語で何て言いますか。(Kore wa nihongo de nan te iimasu ka.) or これは日本語で何ですか。(Kore wa nihongo de nan desu ka.) I hope this helps you.
