How to explain can i call you right back?
what is different between "can i call you right back and "can i call you later?"

"Can I call you right back" is usually used to indicate that you will call them immediately after finishing whatever is stopping you from calling them now.
Where as, "can i call you later" is more casual, and there's no timescale implied.

The first one implies that you will call back very soon. The second one is not promising to do it quickly, just some time later.
