Is it correct?

I understand what you are saying, but I would say:
My boss is very stingy. He never gives me a pay raise or promotes me although I work very hard.

Hi John, it should be "hardly ever" which means "almost never".

Looks good, but instead of "gets me promoted" I would say "promotes me"

Hi John! I think this sentence is very close to being correct! You can say:
My boss is very stingy. He never gives me any raises or promotions although I work very hard.
