Help with grammar for the following?
How would I ask "does anyone here play [video game]?" in Japanese? For example, does ”ここの誰か、[ビデオゲーム]をしますか?" sound natural?

This sounds mostly fine. It would at least be understood. In Japanese though, "video games" is テレビゲーム (lit. TV games). So you could say: こちらの誰かはテレビゲームをしますか? or こちらでテレビゲームする人がいますか?
I used こちら, because that sounds more polite, but it depends on who you are addressing.
