There is always next year/time. (Yes, this is correct.)
If you still around? (No, this is not correct.)
If you’re still around? (Yes, this is correct grammatically, but it's not a complete sentence.)
If you’ll still around? (No, this is not correct but you could say "If you'll still be around...."
If you’re still going around? (No. To get the meaning that I think you're looking for, you need to add "to be." "If you're still going to be around....."
