多过半个小时 I might be wrong but I think this is how you say it

It would be 超过一个半小时。 E.G：我在这里超过一个半小时的时间，还是没有见到人。（I've been here for more than an hour and a half, still haven't seen anyone)

more than half and an hour: 再一個半小時, if you mean you would like to ask someone to give you more time.
