Where'd you go? = Where DID you go?

It means "where did you go?" It can be pronounced as written. It is, however, often pronounced as "wherejago?" That is, the d-y combination gets shortened and simplified to a "j" sound.

it is only spoken this way , it is not written really , even informally. "who'd", "when'd" but no one , nor myself ever writes it
