break state?
This is a bit technical question...
Is it correct to say " one end is in a break state"??
"break" in this sentence means to render a circuit inoperative by disruption. (basically stopped/disconnected)
https://www.dictionary.com/browse/break
"Electricity. to render (a circuit) incomplete; stop the flow of (a current)."
If not, what is the common way to say the same thing? I'm sure the word "break" is used, but not sure in a break state sounds ok.
Does anybody have electrical engineering background?
