Textbooks for learning Polish I'd like to hear some opinions about textbooks for learning Polish. I'm considering buying Hurra!!! Po Polsku and I wonder if anybody has experience using it. What have you used? What would you recommend? I'd like something that I can use with a teacher as well as for independent study. Please don't recommend duolingo etc. I already know about those resources. It's textbooks made of paper that I'm interested in.

Hurra po polsku! is great I can recommend it. Most learners use it and I also used it when teaching Polish. But consider that it is written fully in Polish and not English, so maybe you will need a teacher or someone to assist your learning.

Hi Phil, I recommend you a book from Preston Publishing: Speak Polish. A practical self-study guide. Part 1. Levels A1-A2 + CD. It is also avaiable as a PDF version with mp3. Regards Magda
