Actually, both are correct. 'Screw up' is a separable phrasal verb in this context, and can be used in both forms you've mentioned. Nevertheless, when a possessive adjective is used in the object phrase, as in 'our weekend', this phrasal verb is preferred to be unseparated. Therefore, the second form sounds more natural.
