How can I say "If you want it, you can have it" in Spanish?
Is it "Si quieres puedes tenerlo"?
or do I need to change it to "Si quieres te lo doy?"
How can I also say "You can keep it if you like" ?

You can say: "Si lo quieres, puedes tenerlo".
and "You can keep it if you like" can say: "puedes conservarlo si quieres"

"If you want it, you can have it": "si lo quieres , lo puedes conseguir" ; " si te lo propones, lo puedes hacer" ;
"you can keep it if you like" : "si lo quieres, quédatelo"
