It is correct except if this occurs every Monday, I would say instead, "Closed on Mondays during lunchtime." To be more specific, I would write the exact hours because lunchtimes vary. I would write "from Noon to 1 P.M." for example.

Is it for a store? For just one Monday, or every Monday?
In a store, 'Closed for lunch on Monday/Mondays' is good.
