Is there a difference between "把握机会" and "抓住机会"?
Like, can I use any of the collocations in the sentence "我会把我／抓住任何可以练习汉语的机会", for example?

The Structure is: V +O Mostly following by: 抓住机会、抓住机遇

"把握“ emphasis: hold and try your best do it .
