What's the difference between ねてます and ねます
I just started learning て form and I thought it was only used with other things to sort of extend a sentence but I heard someone on TV say ねてません by itself...

ねてます is colloquial and the correcto is ねています.
ねます means "to go to bed / to go to sleep", for the habitual action or for the action in the future.
ねています means "to be sleeping"
I hope this helps you.
