Most common: "From thirteen ninety-five to twenty-five fifty-five." You would read the number before and after the decimal point as separate numbers.
You could also say "From thirteen dollars and ninety-five cents to twenty-five dollars and fifty-five cents," which makes it clearer that you're talking about money, if the context is not already clear.
