English: What's the opposite of "Line is busy"?
Hi,
In telephones "Line is busy" means when the connection is not possible as the line is taken/busy
What is the opposite of that, when the line is not taken and you have a ring-back signal ? Line is ..............

(Since there is no problem with it people don't talk much about this state of lines.)
The line is idle.
The line is open.
The line is unused (/not used /not in use).
The line is fine (I like this one...) (/working fine).
There is (/You can hear) a dial tone.
